Raise the lateral brow for a lifted, open eye

An endoscopic brow lift or temporal lift repositions descended brow tissue — particularly the outer brow tail — to restore a more youthful, open eye shape and reduce forehead heaviness. The temporal lift specifically elevates the lateral brow and outer eye corner, creating a subtle but significant upswing that opens the eye and reduces crow's feet tension. Recovery is 1–2 weeks. Effects last 5–10 years. Often combined with upper blepharoplasty for complete upper-face rejuvenation, or with canthoplasty for comprehensive eye reshaping in younger patients.
