Surgical midface projection and cheekbone prominence

Silicone implants placed over the zygomatic (cheekbone) complex through intraoral or lower eyelid incisions. They add projection to a flat midface, create the high-cheekbone appearance associated with attractiveness across cultures, and provide structural support for overlying soft tissue. Unlike filler, the result is permanent and does not require maintenance. Often combined with rhinoplasty or chin implants for total facial balancing. Risks include asymmetry, implant palpability, and the same infection/displacement risks as other facial implants.
