A chin implant (silicone shell placed over the chin bone through a small incision) or sliding genioplasty (the chin bone is cut and repositioned) to improve anterior projection and vertical height. A weak or recessed chin is one of the most common contributors to perceived jaw weakness, neck fat, and poor facial balance — advancing it brings the lower third into proportion with the midface and forehead. Implants are faster with less recovery; sliding genioplasty is more versatile and permanent. Either procedure dramatically improves the profile and jawline appearance without touching the jaw itself.

The single best thing I've done for my appearance. My chin was severely recessed and now my profile looks completely normal. Wish I hadn't waited until 28.

Sliding genioplasty over implant — more recovery but permanent and zero implant risks. Profile transformation is everything.
