CO2 Fractional Laser Resurfacing

The most aggressive non-surgical skin transformation

Fractional CO2 laser ablates microscopic columns of skin tissue across the treated area, triggering a profound wound-healing response that produces new collagen, resurfaces the epidermis, and tightens the dermis. A single full-face treatment can reduce wrinkle depth by 40–60%, significantly improve acne scarring, eliminate sun damage, and tighten loose skin. Recovery involves 5–10 days of significant weeping and redness — the most downtime of any non-surgical skin treatment — followed by 2–3 months of pinkness. Results last 5–10 years. Aggressive full resurfacing at ablative settings provides results approaching a surgical facelift in terms of skin quality improvement.

Full ablative CO2 at 45. 10 days of recovery and then 3 months of pinkness. At 6 months my skin looked 15 years younger. Nothing else comes close.

The downtime is real and must be planned for. The result on acne scarring surpassed everything else I'd tried combined.
