Once a week, pan-fried with onions. My nails stopped splitting and my skin has a clarity I never got from supplements. The iron alone changed my energy.

Nature's most nutrient-dense skin food
Beef or chicken liver is among the most nutrient-dense foods available, and several of those nutrients map directly onto skin, hair, and eye quality. It is exceptionally rich in preformed vitamin A (retinol) — the same molecule topical retinoids convert into — which supports skin cell turnover and clarity, along with highly bioavailable heme iron, copper, zinc, choline, and B12 that feed hair growth and even skin tone. A common protocol is one small serving (around 100g) once or twice a week, or desiccated liver capsules for those who dislike the taste. Important caution: because liver is so concentrated in vitamin A, overconsumption can cause hypervitaminosis A (headaches, dry skin, and — critically — birth defects), so pregnant women in particular should limit intake and everyone should treat it as an occasional food, not a daily one. Sourcing from grass-fed, healthy animals is preferred.

Can't stomach the texture so I use desiccated capsules. Bloodwork ferritin went from low to solid range. Just don't overdo the vitamin A.
