Jump Rope

The cardio that builds coordination and burns fat

15–20 minutes of jump rope daily. Jump rope burns more calories per minute than running, improves cardiovascular efficiency, develops explosive calf and ankle strength for a better stride and posture, and builds coordination and rhythm that makes movement more naturally attractive. Equipment costs under $20 and can be done anywhere.

20 minutes of jump rope is the most efficient cardio I've found. Calves sculpted in 6 weeks.

Replaced running with jump rope. Same fat loss, better coordination, and I actually enjoy it.
