Surgical chest augmentation for men

Solid silicone implants placed beneath the pectoralis major muscle through a small axillary (armpit) incision, adding upper chest volume and projection. Pectoral implants are typically considered by men with pectus excavatum (concave chest), Poland syndrome, or those with genuine anatomical limitations to chest muscle development despite consistent training. Results are permanent and can be combined with hi-def liposuction for comprehensive chest sculpting. Recovery involves 3–4 weeks of restricted arm use. Unlike breast implants in women, pectoral implants have a lower revision rate when properly sized and placed.
