Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) injected into the mid and lower face in a diluted suspension. Unlike HA fillers that provide immediate volume, Sculptra acts as a collagen biostimulator — the microparticles trigger a controlled inflammatory response that builds new collagen over 3–6 months.
