Ultrasound skin tightening with no downtime

High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) delivered to the deep SMAS layer — the same tissue layer addressed in a surgical facelift — at 3.0mm, 4.5mm, and 1.5mm depths. Ultherapy heats tissue to 65–70°C at precise focal points, triggering collagen contraction and neogenesis over 3–6 months. Treats brow lifting, neck laxity, jawline definition, and décolletage. Requires no downtime but is uncomfortable during the procedure. A single treatment produces results that peak at 6 months and last 1–2 years. Most effective for patients with mild-to-moderate laxity; significant laxity requires surgery.
